Weaving

Here is a sneak peek. I am weaving a scarf in my Granddaughter's school colors.

Paper Flower

I made this flower using a flower template.

I cut this flower out from a dictionary page.

Then inked it with alcohol inks. Purple and green.

Outlined it with black marker, so the the petals would

show better, and glimmer misted all of the petals on the flower.

It turned out way cute.

I will use it in a future scrapbook project.

My Auction Find

I went to an auction this evening.
I bought this dresser for $90.00. I Love it!

My husband has a brand new pair of Socks

I usually knit a hat or a scarf for my husband every single year. But this year I decided to knit him a pair of socks. Just a basic sock. Nothing Fancy. Because he would NEVER wear Fancy socks. He is not a Fancy sock kind of guy. These socks are knit from the top down on DPN. My favorite way to knit socks. I used size 1 needles and Patons Kroy Sock yarn. He usually wears just plain black or gray socks, so this pair will be his Good socks because they are stripped. He loves his new socks and the fit Perfectly! :) The pattern for these socks can be found here

Bliss Paper Bag Photo Album

I enjoy making the paper bag photo albums so very much.
To make the albums look more professional I bought a bind it all. It really makes a HUGE difference in my photo albums. This Bliss album has chipboard covers on front and back. I used The Paper Studio paper called the Classics. I just love these papers. I also used Graphic 45 paper called Fashionista. I made tea bag paper flowers, I did some fussy cutting, and used some bling and some chipboard elements. I LOVE the way this album turned out. It is a gift for a very Dear friend.
