One sock finished.

Tea Time

I am calling today's paper project Tea Time.

It is a vintage image of a little girl with a cup of tea and some birds,

I added background paper, and matting paper, stickers, and stamps.

Chocolate Cherry Cake

I baked my husband's very Favorite cake today.

Chocolate, Cherry cake, with vanilla frosting, nuts, and chocolate sprinkles on top.

I have a finished paper project today, and a knitting WIP. I Love the paper project and have it hanging in my living room. Live, Love, Grow, Play. It was a very quick and easy project. The socks are coming along slow but sure. Knit top down on DPN. Knit from a chart. I am going to say that it will probably take me another month to finish knitting my socks, because I have been letting my paper projects get in the way of my knitting!

Today's Card

Today's Card. It is simple and cute. Made with one piece of double sided paper, glue, a paper flower, and a bit of bling.

Today's Tag

This tag was very simple, but I LOVE the way that it turned out.

I used blue card stock, a stamp, ink, a paper flower that I made

from card stock, then inked, and put a bit of bling in the middle of the flower.

Also a digital image of a women was used.

Marie Antoinette

I decided to mat and frame my Marie Antoinette, and add a fleur de lis accent.
I like her better now.
She is hanging in my dining room.

Altered Marie Antoinette

I was playing with paper, stamps, Gold leafing pen, ink, glimmer mist, and glue today. I made the paper flower and stamped and glimmer misted it. Gold leafed a fleur de lis. and Just had FUN!!!

This tag is just my style. I used inks, a stencil, a stamp, and a sticker, a digital image. I Love the way that this stamp turned out. I will use it in a future scrapbook project.

Sock Progress

Just a little knitting update. I am knitting the Nemesis socks. They are knit top down. I am knitting them with DPN. size 1. I have finished the first chart repeat, and will start on the 2nd chart repeat today. This is a pattern from Knitty. That pattern says that it is tangy, but I am finding it pretty easy so far. I am liking the way that it is turning out.
