I hand cut the Love Birds, punched the butterflies out with a butterfly punch, then added a paper flower to make this cute card.

I added centers to the flowers, and used a punch on the corners.

I am knitting socks today. On size 2 needles. It is a perfect rainy knitting day.

Art Nouveau butterfly Project

I finished my Art Nouveau Butterfly project.

I am going to seal the watercolor.

Then cut the picture in half and make it into a journal.

It is a lot Harder to stay in the lines with watercolors, and a paint brush, then it is with colored pencils.

I am hoping to get better.

Art Nouveau water color Butterfly Project

I went to Barnes & Noble today and bought an Art Nouveau water color guide and project book. This Butterfly is the first project in the book. I have applied the first color. I will paint more tomorrow.
