Diagonal Rib Hat

I knit this hat for my knitting friend Karen. She is knitting and donating hats to a cancer center. Karen said that the yarn used should be soft. The softest yarn that I had on hand was Caron Simply Soft in the color Dark Sage. Caron Simply Soft is very soft, perfect for a chemo hat. I love the pattern on this hat.
