I used 100% Merino wool for this hat. I hand dyed the wool with professional dyes. The colors that I used are purple, turquoise, green, and gold.
Making a Beautiful combination of colors for this hat. Then I hand spun the wool into DK weight yarn. I hand knit the hat using a 2 x 2 Rib pattern.
Which makes it a nice fitting hat. I knit the hat to 11 inches long, so that I cuff could be turned up to keep your ears nice and warm. The rib pattern is stretchy so that this hat will fit up to a 22 inch head nicely.
