The Rooster is King of the chicken coop. A rooster is often more colorful then a hen. As in this case with this Beautiful Rooster yarn. I hand dyed this soft Merino wool, to capture the red, black, gold, and brown color of the rooster.
This is a 2 ply yarn that is 10 WPI, making it a worsted weight wool yarn. At 124 yards, I can see this knit into a lovely scarf, hat, or a pair of fingerless mitts.
