Mixed Media Dragonfly

For this 4 x 6 Mixed Media Dragonfly piece, first I made a paper bead Dragonfly from handmade paper, craft wire and seed beads. I painted the background of this piece green, and turquoise. I added a flower embellishment, and a metal embellishment. I made the border of the piece with the same paper that I used for the Dragonfly. The quote on the metal embellishment says "encourage your hopes, not your fears."
