Well I blew my diet last week. Not just one day, I blew it every single day last week!!! I was a BAD girl, a VERY BAD girl!!!! I promise that I will get it together this week. I still have a weight lose goal, and I am going to make that goal, I hope !!!
But I must say I enjoyed every single chili cheese fry that I ate last week!!

it's ok to blow your diet every once and awhile, because if you don't you'll be miserable! if you stay on top of things 95% of the time, you'll still lose weight... heh heh. :)
