I hand dyed some Merino wool, with blue and orange Easter Egg dye , and got a fun mix of blue, orange, and a hint of green. Then I spun it up into a warm and soft DK weight yarn. I decided to knit a hat with this yarn. It is a simple beanie style hat, with a 2 x2 ribbing, the ribbing is 3 and 1/4 inches long. The hat is 9 and 1/2 inches long, so that the ribbing can be folded up if you would like, extra warmth over the ears.

The hat and the yarn is lovely. At my GS birthday party I went off my Dr. Gotts no flour no sugar diet. I guess I will give it another go , but not till next Monday:) No weight loss. but I was just on it 4days walking 30 min. Yea for your 4lbs.
